These poems were incubated at the Sivananda ashram on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The finished pieces express a humble bit of my inner journey during a ten-day classical Yoga meditation course taught by Swami Sitaramananda.
The meditation course was personally and powerfully transforming; I would recommend it to anyone wishing to come closer to realizing their true Self, for anyone searching to catch even a glimpse of their soul in bloom.
